How do you get n2 to play over modem with a packard bell???

It's a new computer w/ a us robotics x2 on com port 1

It will not initialize the modem----help please!!!

Any suggestions---already tried setting port to com port 2.

The US Robotics x2 is probably a Winmodem, and can't be seen by N2 since it
is a DOS program. TP
