SCGT - How do I access all the cars in single race?

How do I get access to all the cars when doing a single race?  I have
activated the "all car and tracks" cheat but I still only get the 911, M3
and my current career car as options when doing a single race.

You have to go into career mode and buy whatever car you want. Use the
money cheat if necessary. Add parts to this car if you want to. Go back
to quick race and the car will be available.
