Hi!

I might have a chance of finally buying a CH Pedal set, so I would
like to know where one could get them for a decent price around San
Francisco, or south of it. Also it is my understanding they should be
non pro version, if I am correct.

Hope somebody can help me with this!

Correct, get the non-pro version. I don't know if you have Fry's in the Bay
area, we have them here in So Cal, but that is where I purchased mine.
