Really cheap wheel or go for the FF??

I always wanted a wheel. If I am gonna lay down around $200 i'll get a MS FF
(i like the game bundle); otherwise i want a non FF wheel with good control,
but wouldnt want to spend much money at all. What do yo u recommend. I guess
i'd be playing midtown madness, N2, ICR2, NFS4, viper racing.
