Simply sensational, Dave Noonan. Take a bow and enjoy the applause.  You
deserve it.

(And doesn't it just make you want to cry when you think that the current
'Ring bears little resemblance to what every 1970's driver considered to be
one of the best circuits on the (then) calendar??)

Awesome!  Great track, great looking, and appears to be very challenging,
too.  Thanks, Dave!  Incredible!

I'll add my "WOW!" to that. This is a great piece of work Dave. What a
thrill to drive.
I love the sensation of speed while blasting along those sumptuous flowing
curves.
It's like Spa but with something to do while you wait for the next corner.
:-)

Thanks to Dave and the testers for this masterpiece.

Track is great but ...... is it just me or is the track a bit more demanding for
your PC than the normal tracks? I noticed a serious fall in fps when driving this
track (System PII-350, 128MB, V2).

Jan.

You're right Jan, this track is more processor intensive, just like
the Brands Hatch track. I also noticed that I could only save 9 laps
(with 20 cars) to the replay memory, with 128 meg RAM.
To compare, at Monza I can save 30 laps to the replay memory.
Nevertheless, the Osring is one of my favorite tracks now! Except
those two very slow corners near the end, I hate them.

I noticed do degradation at all.....still 35-36fps in 800x600, 17 cars.
P-II,450 and V3.
A bit of a (normal) drop at the start but, from then on, just the same as
any other track.

PII 450, Voodoo II SLI and 1024x800 here. While driving I hardly have
any fps drops, but I noticed that the track uses more memory than
other tracks (my replay shows fewer laps compared to other tracks)

PIII-500, Voodoo3 & 800x600, works fine... although again I can't save
as much of a replay as I'd like. Main problem at the moment is nailing
1m43 in the Ferrari :-)
