F12002 system requirements.... can I run it?

With a PIII 866 processor and a GeForce 2MX (32MB) video card, will I be
able to get acceptable frame rates in F12002?  I have F12001 now, and I can
get it to run very smoothly with a full field at 800x600 after playing
around with some of the graphics settings.  Will F12002 be significantly
different?
