regulations for the following US series...some PDF files would be great...

NASCAR (winston, busch, trucks)
CART (main and atlantic series)
IRL (and related if they have)
ALMS (an,d the "little class)

IRL ? Rules ? Specially the sporting rules changes as they see fit,
specially during late laps on the Indy 500. :)

When/where exactly did they change the rules at the Indy 500??

Someone doesn't know what they are talking about.  Are you bitter, or just
