Thats my point Art.  If he's going to respond over and over in this way why
not act (keyword) like an ***.  Obviously he has a different perspective
of what took place than I do.  But instead of figuring out what the issue
was he acts like this over and over.

It never was a win/loss argument.

Interesting thought. Maybe we should have a little poll:

Please select one of the following:

1/ DGF is an all round fine guy. Well ok he may be a bit of a leftie, oh
and a veggie, not that there is anything wrong with that you understand,
and he thinks Ralf Schumacher is the next messiah and he is a bit of an
argumentative git who always has to have the last word, but apart from
all that he is my man.

2/ Mitch is an all round fine guy. Well ok he may be a shade right wing
and a little intolerant of "POS f***g liberals", reminding me of the
Kenny Everett character who said of commies "Round 'em up, put 'em in a
field, and BOMB THE BASTARDS!" Sure he is a bit of an argumentative git
who always has to have the last word, but apart from all that he is my man.

3/ DGF & Mitch should duel it out in one off winner takes all race. The
rules are simple. Both are supplied with sledge, a Yorkshire Terrier, a
bar of Kendle mint cake, a couple of tennis rackets, some woolly undies
and a compass. First to the north pole is the categoric winner of this
argument, period. A web site will track progress for keen RAS members to
follow every few weeks or so (unless there is more pressing news like
another public warning on RSC). Should the worst happen we can always
run a RASCAR memorial race which would be a nice gesture.

No, they don't teach that in Kindergarten. They only do the really
simple things like learn how to start sentences with capitals at that age...

OT: RASCAR WTF????

by David G Fishe » Thu, 22 Sep 2005 07:09:41

Amazing that you
ve kept this nonsense up for two weeks while I've basically ignored you. I
know that a nasty public spat with you (which is what you obviously want
very badly) is not what the RASCAR members want to see. You spew lies,
insults and vulgarities towards myself and others, and I really don't want
anything to do with you anymore. This is the second time you've made these
accusations towards me in public (first time was last February). I ignored
you during that time, I've ignored you COMPLETELY since then, and I've tried
to ignore you these past two weeks.

I'm going to reply now though to settle this once and for all, and then
IGNORE you again. Sorry, you ARE NOT going to get your wish (and needed
attention apparently) and drag this on any further with my help. I apologize
to the other RASCAR drivers, but two weeks of been disparaged with lies,
insults and vulgarities is enough. Read Mitch's comments towards me in this
thread, and I think you'll understand.

It's impossible to reason with anyone who makes nonsensical statements in
this thread to Tony like, "Rascar is Nascar only, until dgf decides
otherwise is what I should have been told 6 months ago.  I dare anyone in
RASCAR to tell me different."

Neil then tells you different, and you reply to him, "I never said DGF
decided RASCAR was Nascar only."

No RASCAR drivers have told you that your accusations are wrong? READ NEIL'S
REPLY TO YOU IN THIS THREAD. Couldn't be more clear. Read it slowly if it
doesn't sink in.

As for your accusations and lies in the post that started this thread, I'll
take it paragraph by paragraph.

> Let me get this straight.

> 6 months or so ago I tried to rejuvenate RASCAR's falling attendance by
> changing from NR2003 to GTR (even the rFactor test woulda worked, anything
> but Nr2003).

> We
> all know how that worked out eh.

You were never told that RASCAR was a NASCAR only series by either myself or
the group. The FORUM LINKED FROM THE RASCAR HOME PAGE PROVES THIS. You
dropped in last February for about a week and then left again. It's all
there in the FORUM.  Dates, posts, everything.

> Anyway I told the few remaining drivers that such an idea was doomed to
> fail
> and sooner rather than later.  Obviously that happened just as I foresaw
> it
> would as RASCAR dried up soon afterwards.

We had about 12 -14 drivers in February when you popped in and ranted about
switching to GTR, and RASCAR did not "dry up" soon afterwards, we continued
to race for another four months. That's what the drivers who were regulars
decided they wanted to do. Attendance slowly dropped (as we expected, and as
was happening with other N2003 based leagues), but we knew rFactor was
coming eventually and so we made plans for the near future. The web site
proves this.

> Beyond all of that we had Fredrickson showing up every week just to wreck

Frederickson did not show up every week just to wreck you. Looking through
the 2005 stats, I can't find either one of you listed as racing in the 2005
season! You raced once out of the 10 winter series races previous to that.
He didn't race at all in the winter series. I do remember you claiming he
intentionally wrecked you after an on track incident. Must have been an off
week race early in the 2005 season which are not kept in the stats. You
never even bothered to post a replay to the forum and ask the group to take
a look at it. I DO NOT RUN RASCAR ALL BY MYSELF (as you claim), so I was not
in a position to ban him all by myself based on the word of one member. It
was up to YOU to provide the replay, state your case, and ask the group to
look at the video and make a decision. The web site and forum PROVE what
I've just stated.

> So here we are in the present and I noticed Tony was trying to pull the

I never said I wanted you excluded from RASCAR. No RASCAR drivers have ever
heard or read anything from me that says I want you excluded from racing in
RASCAR if you were to appear and race with us again. NO ONE has ever been
banned. I do not have "it all" (READ NEIL'S REPLY TO YOU----READ THE FORUM).
Would I personally welcome you back? Not a chance in he** after the way you
behaved last February and the past two weeks.

> My last RASCAR experience was a truly disappointing.   I was told in so
> many
> words that DGF runs RASCAR now and makes the rules weekly, on the fly.

Complete lie. NO ONE ever told you that I run RASCAR, or that I make the
rules on the fly (either directly or in so many words). It is run by
committee. Some of us have administration duties.  THE FORUM PROVES THIS.
Neil and Larry's replies to you in this thread prove this.

  > I show up expecting to run our normal fixed setup race and all of a
sudden

> were running Coorsmans wife's, sisters, boyfriends setup and Im fucked
> along
> with anyone else that didn't get word.

You "show up" after little to no participation for a long period of time,
don't read the forum, don't find things the way you want, and then complain.
The GROUP decided to try the setups provided from Ullrich Kratochwil at
www.setup-guru.com  It was all in the FORUM. It was VOTED ON by the group.
It WASN'T even my suggestion. I had one vote.

 >Needless to say I wasnt going to go

Again, a complete lie. NO ONE has ever been banned from RASCAR.

> If not rFactor has some very good
> drivers in the lobby waiting for a good race anyway.

RASCAR has had zero arguements over the past year among it's members. Neil
mentioned this in his reply to you. The only time there was a problem is
when YOU appeared last February and stirred things up. Since then, not a
single problem whatsoever. Now, once again, Mitch is trying to invent issues
for us.

Again, READ NEIL'S REPLY to you in this thread. Let it sink in. You are
either a liar, or there's something seriously wrong with you.

Maybe not in SO many words but YOU along with others made it clear you had
no intention of switching from Nr2003 into the foreseeable future (and yes I
was pissed).  As Ive said many times already I knew what this choice would
do to RASCAR and YOU ignored my warning just as you say.  Well RASCAR ended
up exactly where I knew it would, not running.  Call it hiatus if ya want
but all that time a few of us could have been enjoying GTR and learnig its
online idiosycracies while still racing on Sats.  Oh no, cant have that, all
ISI stuff sucks........  (before you get all anal again thats more sarcasm)

Ya know WHY I didnt have any replays?  Because I had to leave before I went
off on his POS sad sack ass....  We were on TS so I pulled the plug before I
said stuff Id regret.  Again you take the word of that little asswipe over
me which proves my point again..  Dont you read RAS anymore?  Reggie White

Uh, I had a personal issue to deal with and I wasnt even around by that
point.....  My last RASCAR race after you took over completely I showed up
to race and find out were running some crazy setup that I never even heard
