What is GPL Rank ?

Well I mean...I can work out what it is, but how do I get myself a ranking
and where etc etc.

Any help appreciated.

P.S. I've got my best Monza time down to a low 1:32......wow eh ?.....how
about that...gee...lookout eh ?....(can you pronounce the word ***?)
