It makes working in the Garage VERY sluggish, especially online when cars
are joining and being added to the roster, like when you first join a race.
I almost missed the start once because I was trying to select a setup and
couldn't get it done because the game was all stuttered out from the sound,
moving graphics and cars joining the start line.

I think the moving graphics are the biggest culprit, though, so that still needs attention.
