N3 - Red Flag/Light

Probably shouldn't be asking this but since we get the flag man and now
a set of lights around the track I was wondering if it's possible to Red
Flag a race?  Last night I tapped someone going into 3 at Myrtle Beach
and caused a pile up of horrendous proportions.  I'm sure in real life
an accident like that would have caused a stoppage in activities.
