Stealth II and PCI 2.1

I read that the Stealth II needs PCI 2.1. I have a Pentium 133 (it's a 133
that can't be overclocked at all due to some kind of gizmo Intel added, runs
at 133 regardless of what I do to the board) on an Asus P55TP4N motherboard
and it is PCI 2.0 and not upgradeable to 2.1.

Does anyone know if the Stealth II will work on this board with PCI 2.0, and
if so, what features will be missing from it? It seems that for lower
powered CPU's like mine the V2100 is the way to go.
