Need For Speed: High Stakes - Can I get KPH listed for race results with Layout #2?

Hi.

I was just wondering if anyone knows how to force the race results to
display in Kilometeres Per Hour rather than Miles even though I'm
using the default Layout #2 with the large analog dials.

If I change to the top dials and use KPH then it works, but I want to
continue using the new layout if possible. Any help would be
appreaciated. Thanks!
