I'm honestly not trying to regiment it any more than it was before,
or even close access to anyone.  I just want people that register to
participate more.

We had 91 registered drivers at the end of the last "season", and
only a small fraction were showing up for races.  We had more than 20
drivers in a given race only six times out of more than 40 events.  
We had at least 20 only three more times.  Granted, for the first
couple of months of the season, we ran two races every saturday, and
not many people coud commit to that much time.

When you add it all up, only a dozen or so people consistently showed
up. That's a pretty crappy overall turnout if you ask me.

If we are, I'll start paying more attention now that the Holiday Season is
over :)

Hehehe... that would be satisfying. Childish, but satisfying. Since it's the
last one, you think the Papy guys put in an Easter egg?
