Pre-change NR2 tracks in NR1999

I just got my copy of NASCAR Racing 1999 and I am very pleased with it.
Having a ball.

I have a question regarding it and the older version of NASCAR Racing
2.  I would like to be able to race on the old Sears Point and Atlanta
tracks the way they were before they were changed in addition to the new
tracks in NR1999.  Is there any way to incorporate the old versions of
the tracks into NR1999 so they can be used?
