Boy, I had that problem too. Weird. I changed some files from read-only to
non-read-only. It was not storing the information you entered and going back
to the default. Not sure why this happened, or what files to change. Try
things that would make sense, like player data or controller stuff. Go
through the Midtown Madness folder and change anything that you think
shouldn't be read-only.
