HELP! ICR2-laps under yellow

Can anyone help me with reducing the amount of laps under yellow ?
I would like to have a maximum of 2 laps instead of 4 or 5. I'm aware
of the fact that in reality it would take a longer caution period but
in the game I prefere to go back to green a little quicker.

Can I make some change in the [track].txt files ?  How ?
