N4 Save game feature

I can't understand why the save game feature is still not here. Is the
code that complicated to prevent this? I have way too many
distractions to dedicate a %100 race. I am asking if there is any hope
of the save patch? If not I will go back to N3 and pack up the N4.

Because Papyrus decided it would not be a feature of N4 at the moment.
That's all.  Gee we need a FAQ so that people stop asking the same question
5times per week.  Send inquest to Papyrus instead of here.

No offense, but not having a save game would make you pack it up? I
personally have a blast running 40% races.
While Papy has never stated the reasons why they did not include this in N4,
I would imagine they are pretty good ones and not just an oversight.
What's real interesting is I have seen no where near the public outcry over
this that we saw when N2 was released, and Papy did a patch that included
it.
Kind of the squeaky wheel gets the grease syndrome.

Some people do nothing wrong.
The problem is, they do nothing.
And THAT is wrong.

Like I said, because Papyrus doesn't want a save game feature in Nascar
Racing 4 at the current moment.  It's the simple answer that is the truth ;)

Now for *why* they did not implement it, is a totally difference question :)
Time, money, development philosophy, limitations, those are the principal
reasons.

Because there is no save game feature in real racing. Nascar Racing 4 was
designed and built with the most realistic experience possible in mind.

The only people who know are the employees of Papyrus!  ;-)

We're only half-speculating half-stating some facts.

Yeah, but there isn't a pause button, a shift-R key, and a host of other
features in real racing, as well.  Lack of a save game feature isn't a show
stopper in a sim, but I would certainly would prefer to have that option.

So is their a no damage setting, antilock brakes, traction control, and
opponent strength slider in real racing?

You better pack it up then because there will never be a save race feature.
Too bad though, you'll be missing a great game.
