Momo Force & NASCAR Legends - does this work for anyone?

Is there any way to get this game to work with this wheel? I hope I'm just missing something simple.

The game sees the wheel is there (at least, as "Joystick 2" as I recall), and works with it for steering, but not with any of its buttons or paddles or pedals - just the wheel. This includes when I select "DirectX" as the controller driver and/or when I select Papyrus' own driver, in the game's control settings.

Anyone successfully using this wheel with this game who can help me out would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Scott.

I still run NASCAR Legends every once in awhile, and I have a MOMO.  I have
no problems with the wheel axis, and I think the buttons are ok too, but all
I use for buttons are the two shifter paddles.

What strikes me as odd is your steering axis is showing up as joystick 2.
On mine the steering has always been on joystick 1 and the accel/brake show
up on joystick 2 when running split axis.  Do you have another controller
hooked up, say a joystick or gamepad?  IIRC your wheel must be the #1
controller. With your steering on joystick 2 it sound like something is
using the primary controller spot. If you don't have another controller
hooked up, or unwilling to remove it, you could set up a profile to run
combined axis which should come up on joystick 2 with your steering. While
not ideal that's the way most of us learned to play those older games. :)

The new wingman drivers have an option to move a selected controller to ID1
when a game is started.
