I'm trying to run 2 copies of Taladega. One for multi-player and one with the
TALLY-AI patch. I've copied all the files to a new directory called taly-ai.
That didn't work. I then renamed taladega.* files to taly-ai.*. That din't
work. I then went in with a hex editor and changed every reference of taladega
to taly-ai. That still didn't work. I'm getting an error "Error loading track".
If anyone has any ideas or knows how to do this, some help would be greatly
appreciated. Thanks in advance.

You were on the right track when you took out the hex editor, but you did
forget one thing.  The new track name, and all references to it have to be
the same number of characters as the original.  Taladega is 8 characters
and your renamed taly-ai is only 7.  Try making it 8 and it should work for
you.
