lap times at lowes

Last night I ran my first post patch laps at Lowes.  I ran 50 laps on
Fast then 50 laps on Expert. Blap on Fast was 30.133 and on Expert
Blap was 29.699.  Both seem fairly comfortable except I am bottoming
out into 1 and out of 2 with Expert.  I am going to use Expert as a
starting point and will adjust ride height to work on the bottoming
out.

Are those times in range for those setups?
What should I work on to get the times down?
Also what tire temps are you seeing with these setups?

thanks

Please allow me to add an additional question with yours.
What is the proper way to adjust excessive bottoming?
Raising ride height, or increasing spring rates?

Actually, at Lowe's, to reduce bottoming out you have to enter the corners
about a half lane higher up the race track. Otherwise you want have a less
competitive aero-stance to the car. Bottoming out and the subsequent spins
are always a danger at that track with the *right* setup. I hvean't run
there much in 2003, but that's the way its been until now in the Papy
series'.

All of the above, plus adjusting the sway bar thickness.
