Intel usually lowers their chip prices 4 times per year (February, May,
August, and November). In August, the prices for Pentiums will be
dropping more than Intel's usual 25-40% price cut. These proces will
then stay the same until the next price cut in February, skipping the
November cut.
Currently, a quality Pentium motherbard only costs $150-200, and a
133Mhz CPU is in the $250 range. These prices will be dropping
shortly. Why get an overdrice processor, when after the price cut for
about $400 you can get much better performance?
