rec.autos.simulators

I bought a Gateway 2000 P-133 with a Telepath II modem and I can't get
my modem to connect.  I called Papyrus and they said to use the following
string atz^m.  It did not work.  Gateway said to us the US Robotics
string for the Sportster 28.8.  It dialled but did not connect.  Can
anyone help me?

I have a Gateway with a Telepath II 14.4.  If yours is a 28.8, I don't
know if the following string will work, but it works fine with mine......
at least you can give it a shot....

AT&F0&M0&K0&N6S27=32^M

Note that those are "zeros" and not "O's" in the string.
