ICR2: Bug Hunt!

First of all, I don't want to give the wrong impression.  I am glad ICR2
is out an in my computer.

However. . . .

The program (along with ICR1 & NASCAR) came with bugs or glitches.
Let's compile them and help Papyrus get out those bug fixes they are so
good at.  I knew that ICR2 would have it's problems, what new software
now days doesn't.  But I also trusted Papyrus to attempt to make most
things right.  NOTE:  This list should be actual bugs or glitches.  Not
just things you dislike about the program (i.e., no rev limiters) we can
start another list for those.

1)  Pitting under yellow on Road Courses:  Must get in line behind the
last car on the lap you are running.

2)  Yellows on Road Courses:  The further back the cars are from the
leader the more they seem to drop back under yellow conditions.  Need to
close up the field more.

3)  Pace Car Leaving the track too slow:  Need to have the pace car pick
up the "pace" when it leaves the track for the Green flag drop.
Otherwise the cars slow way down just before the green drops.

4)  Paintkit Engine Cowling Spine:  Can not change the color of the top
of the engine cowling.  Well it's sorta like Henry Ford said,  You could
get his Model-T in any color you wanted (as long as it was black).

5)  Paintkit Red Lining:  A red seam appears on the left side pod between
the top and the bottom parts.   The same seam appears on the right side
pod between the top and the engine cowling.  (To see this try painting
the engine cowling and side pods components a light green).

ICR2: Bug Hunt!

Wait a minute, I forgot one of my bugs:

6)  ATI Mach64 vs. UniVBE:  For some unknown reason ICR2 cannot work
with UniVBE and the ATI Mach64 using VESA 2.0 extensions.  I have
profiled UniVBE 5.1a on my card and it shows a hefty increase using 2.0
extensions and the Linear Framebuffer.  While there is no problem
interacting with UniVBE outside of ICR2, Papyrus seems to be by-passing
UniVBE if loaded outside of its program.  If loaded by indycar.exe, the
frame rate drops to about 2-3 per second.
