Ah ha ! We agree on a point ;-)
Sure they don't have the expertise (since they actually don't care for the
moment about the PSX), but looking at what they did with Nascar1... they
would have to cut in MANY big points to make the transfer. Don't think of
those great graphics. Naw, maybe 320x200 (that's normal for a PSX).
Heck we are moving from 22hz to 188 for the game engine ONLY. They had to
let down graphics in Nascar1 to make the game acceptable with a good
framerate. And it was slow most of the times, I remember that it was at
least <20fps. Now don't forget EVERYTHING is boosted up. More hz for the
AI, graphics, game engine, crash engine, etc....
I just don't see from the other arcade games (who don't have a very powerful
and complicated game engine like GPL) who has poor framerate with poor
graphics compared to GPL that Papyrus can transfer the game where we won't
say "Man they really messed it up compare to the PC version, it looks like a
mini version".
