  Hello. Papyrus, can you not replicate the Daytona track for NASCAR, yet
call it "Daytoni", or a similar but not exact name as Daytona? Thankyou.

  Sorry, I forgot to mention that if it was named Daytoni, would it not
be OK with the copyright Sega owns (bastards!).

They could and probably legally get away with it.  But as Rick Genter
pointed out a while back, they(Papyrus) have had a "great" working
relationship with NASCAR and I don't think that NASCAR would be fooled by
Daytoni and certainly wouldn't look positivly towards dealing with Papyrus
later on.
