Hello,

Could you guys tell me what's the best steering device for F1RS.
Now I use a Sidewinder 3D Pro and that's alright. But I think I will be driving
better with a wheel and pedals.
So recommend me some of these devices please!

Many tx in advance,

I myself am in your controller situation, and I am waiting for the ACT Labs
Wheel to come out.  It is relatively cheap ($99 Force feedback, $59
without) and is set up with butterfly shifting, and comes with pedals.  I
haven't heard any reviews of it, so it could be a big piece of shit.  Go to
www.actlab.com  if you want to see whats up with it.

I know people decry it but I use a Destiny steering wheel and pedals-I have
never had a problem with it and it seems to get more accurate with use - very
pleased,very impressed-I can't imagine playing F1RS with anything other then a
wheel and pedals.
All the best

Depends on how much you are willing to spend. I originally had a T1,
but just picked up a Thrustmaster GP1 for $39 (what a deal!) at
CompUSA and I prefer it because of the paddles instead of the pedals.

If your looking for the "best" go with a TSW, don't forget to get the shifting
paddle
mounted on the steering wheel, if you want a touch of class buy a genuine
MOMO racing wheel (option).

A TSW is described in two words: PRECISION (in driving) and DURABILITY (won't let
you down)

Nothing to do with those plastic imitation that breaks down so often

Take care, Eric

In my opinion the Hyperstimulator is the best wheel setup available at
the moment.
Just my 2 cents worth:)

Sharkey,    I too like the Thrustmaster GP1 wheel. It is really TM's entry level
driving system and may not last as long as their top of the line stuff. That said,
with the prices what they are now, it is a super deal. The difference between a
stick (even a good one) and a wheel
(a sorta cheap one) is like night and day when it comes to accurately controlling
the car.
    All the best, Mike Davis
