I have a strange problem:
When i open the setup screen some values (compression, rebound and springs
for the rear tyre) of the setup are not editable (greyed out).

Then you must be running at Talladega or Daytona. NASCAR has mandated
settings for the rear suspension at those tracks and the game includes that
rule. Go to any track other than those and you should regain full control
aside from minor variations (RF ride height maybe).
