Processor Occupancy?

Processor Occupancy?

I have a pentium 100 and tried gp2 in SVGA with all the graphics on. The
processor occupancy goes up to around 300%. Does it mean that my
processor is about to blow up?

You're kidding! It's working as if the occupancy was 100%. But you'd need 300%
of your CPU speed in order to run the game in real time - so that your set
frame rate really appears to happen on screen.

With Intel, you may never know... ;-)

No, it just means your CPU is way too slow to display all that stuff
at a reasonable frame rate. Typically, processor occupancy should not
exceed about 120% and should be <100% during most of the game.
