Just got a new momo racing wheel setup after running an old Thrustmaster
Nascar Pro wheel for ages and many ( to many to remember) fixes on the
bungie cord tension and other repairs (springs, pots, etc).  First time I
tried a force feedback wheel but even with the force off what a difference
in control, it's great.  Guess I didn't realize how bad old wheel had
gotten.  I can race much closer to other cars now comfortably, what a blast.
I drive mostly GPL and have been trying to get force feel right.  Does
anybody have this setup and what settings are you using for GPL.  Also run
rally trophy, 4x4 evo2, and alittle GTR.  Thanks for any input, think I
might like this force stuff after I get settings tuned in better,

I know the feeling.... I went from a MS non feedback
to a nice red momo.

Add these lines to your core.ini file, which is found in your GPL folder, I
have a red MOMO and found these settings to give me the best feel in
GPL....I tend to like a fairly light force feedback feel. Someone here on
the newsgroup was good enough to give them to me, so here you go:

force_feedback_damping = 10.0000     ; force feedback damping coefficient
force_feedback_latency = 0.01600    ; force feedback latency (secs)
