: as far as 'protection bits' in win95... it's simply a matter of right
: clicking the file, selecting "properties", and then making sure that the
: 'read only' or 'hidden' attribute is not selected.... the only one that
: should be enabled on a file that is to be written to often, is the
: 'archive' bit.
