How would I sign up for RASF1 racing?

PedXing has a webpage with the current roster. I don't remember the URL, but
I'm sure he'll post it. Pick an unused car/driver combo, sign up, and look for
the RASF1 server on F1rst at noon eastern sunday. Password will be "ras"(no
quotes).

The problem is that there are no unused car/driver combos. I posted
about that issue here but there wasn't any discussion on it. For that
reason, some cars have multiple drivers. Of course, the game doesn't
care if there are 2 Michael Schumacher's. But one problem is that there
are more drivers than spots on the grid. Not everyone can make every
race though so maybe that's not a big deal.
