Help in selecting ISP for racing online

by Rusty19 » Wed, 25 Nov 1998 04:00:00

My current Internet Service Provider (AOL) gives me a lantency problem when I
try to race online. Does anyone have a suggestion for a new ISP that will not
give me these problems but is still good for other things besides racing
online. I live in the Des Moines, IA area. Any suggestions are extreamly
appriciated.

Any would be better then AOL. I am on Long Island and use Netcom. I am very
happy with their service. But they might not be good for you, depending on
where you live. Dump AOL and start trying some real ISP's. Let us know what
part of the country you are in and maybe someone from your area can
recommend a good provider.
