Looking for USA National ISP for GPL On-Line

Hello to All,

After many fruitless attempts at on-line racing I'm looking for an ISP
that people are having success with in the midwest United States. I'm
using ibm.net and just cannot get a reliable connection. The longest I
last in a race session is about 2 minutes and then get booted.  I've
tried the recommended settings and the core.ini files but repeated
pings to sites invariably end up with timeouts.

I live in South Bend, Indiana so if anyone has had good success with a
provider that might service my area I'd appreciate your
recommendation.

Thanks in advance for any help.

I really liked gte.net (now, we have cable modems in my area, so I'm
not with them any more).
