F1RC Physics

I have 2 questions regarding the 'physics' in F1RC.

a) I notice very little difference regardless of what I change in the garage
screen. Are the chassis physics really working?

b) I am very ignorant of F1 cars, but in order to keep up with the rest of
the cars, I seem to do the majority of braking by changing down gears
instead of just using the brake pedal. Is this the correct way to 'drive'?

G'Day Paul,

a) Changes to setups must be saved in the menu or F1RC will load Default
Setups.......physics engine works very well........try some of these sites:

http://www.f1championship.de/english/index.php
http://f1-rc.gamesweb.de/f1rcmaster/
http://www.f1rcstation.de/

http://www.f1-star.de/

http://www.sportplanet.com/hg/forums/

 & D/L Ian Bell's Setups.......they are "Brilliant" & your'e lap times will
tumble :))

b) Use the gears & brake as "late as possible".......seems to work for
me........I'm NO "Hot Lapper" but I'm well under the track record at most
tracks I run :))

Cheers, David.
