That's without the restrictor, right?  Mine w/o is somewhere around 221,
while WITH the restrictor, it is 198.110.  To date, I haven't seen a
restrictor speed faster.

How do you take the restrictor out of ver.1.21 and are people using
non restrictor cars on the Hawaii server?
