Has any one made updated prformance values for F1C?

I'm looking for something close to the 2004 performance values of what gains
F1 has made so far this year. If none are available, how would I go about
editing some minor things to bring the cars performance up? I was thinking
of something simple like reducing the cars weight to gain performance, any
ideas?
