Paul VanValkenburgh's version (noted above) is very good but may I also
<blatent plug!> suggest Frank Winchell's section in the history chapter in
"Race Car Vehicle Dynamics". Chevy R & D was deeply involved behind the
scenes of the Chaparral story, and Winchell was the boss of R & D, and
later a VP of General Motors.
