Yep, it's crap. The MS-DOS DIR command is more playable !
It doesn't even come close to Sega-Rally, come to think of it, not much does.

I think this is the "Network Q RAC Rally" game.

It's trying not to be an arcade game - but I wasn't impressed!

The driving model is poor - the control is dire - the graphics average
for 1994, but nothing special......and rain going upwards if you roll a
car is pathetic!!! FIGP was older and looking dated but FAR better when
RALLY came out - nowardays, I shouldn't bother!

        What is it about Sega Rally that makes it hard to beat? (Not as in
winning, but as in making a comparable game. :) )
