Passing high (right) is ok on restarts.

I don't understand it. If he'd stayed on the track, Dave would have been
well within his rights to pass him on the right (outside) without getting
flagged.  Why the difference in the rule because he was in the pits? Is
that a NASCAR rule?

cheers

Before green isn't it still yellow, lol?  Meaning no passing  :-)

After the green comes back out but prior to cars passing S/F line you can
pass high without BF.

That's my main question. Seems ridiculous considering all the problems it
can cause.

Those of us on Cox Cable in Northern ***ia are having similar problems.
After the conversion from RoadRunner, the network has been terribly
unreliable.  Some of us have in excess of a dozen disconnects a day.

I had a brief one yesterday during the race, but it didn't disconnect me.

It's really a shame because when it works, the new network latencies are
excellent.  Down to 60-70ms online with Sierra.

Dave is right.  It kept us from running with everyone else.  We ended up
just running with each other.

Unfortunately, a warp between Dave and I (not sure which it was, but it
doesn't really matter) took dave up to the wall :(

Sorry that happend, Dave.

Sorry David. I did not intend you give you a black flag. I screwed up. I
would have waited a lap if I had knowed that you would have gotton a flag.
Once again, sorry.
