You sure can afford it to set up a web page for your stuff at one of
the free services like Xoom, Geocities etc.?
Besides, why anyone would want to replace the sounds in GPL is beyond
me... :)

Part of the problem is that if such things appear and no one says
anything then others might think it is OK to post binary attatchments.
