How do you setup a TSW wheel in the Win95 Control Panel ?? Please help !!!

To all:
Please help me figure out how to setup a TSW wheel in the Windows 95
Control-Panel. I can't get it to recognize that I have the TSW
installed. Thanks for any and all help.

The thrustmaster ACM game card will help..but do this...go to CONTROL
PANEL, JOYSTICK, SELECT : CUSTOM ,double click to pull up menu.
Choose, 2 axis, 2 buttons, put a check in special features and choose
IS A FLIGHT YOKE.  IT worked for me.
