Enjoyed racing with you guys, nice to be in some good clean racing.
My Saturday's have been tied up for a while, now I have them free once again
so I should become more of a regular finally.

Neil - my humble apologies, that one was totally my bad. You were high and a
car was going around you on the inside, I was gaining and dipped down low
and managed to get my lf on the apron, which pushed me back up too high. I
tried to keep it from coming up so high, and thought I had managed to keep
it from getting into you, and I think I barely tapped you - but enough to
ruin your race. I am very sorry, that was totally my***up.

Not sure what happened on that first caution, I think Brian and I both got
black flagged for passing under yellow, and we both stayed in line and
pitted when appropriate. I am wondering if a car involved in that caution
stayed parked and we didn't know until we entered the pit that we were black
flagged. I don't recall getting the stay behind message, but soon as I
entered the pit spotter told me I was black flagged for passing under
caution. That one was a killer.

Anyways, seems like a great group for racing, looking forward to racing with
you guys. Again Neil, I am so sorry I messed up your race, you definitely
would have been right up there.

I'll get my car file uploaded this weekend.

Absolutely not a problem Don, it happens. I've been having a run of bad luck
lately except in RASCAR where I've been going well. I reckon that if my
gremlins have moved across to RASCAR than my other leagues will be OK now ;)
There's positive thinking for you :)

Regards

It was probably for passing me :(

I had the gas to the floor but I was on like 1 cylinder and the hood was
showing the greasy side :(

Ahh, I wish my spotter had given me the "stay behind" message, then I would
have known..

Thanks, at least I don't have to wonder why now.

I have always been irritated by the way these sims handle that.  Maybe there
isn't a better way.  As long as the car in front of you is the correct car,
your spotter is happy.  If the car in front of you was supposed to be behind
someone back in the field, his spotter is telling him but yours isn't
telling you, and you will get black flagged even if your spotter says
nothing.

I think it would be better if the spotter were telling you to stay behind
which ever car was supposed to be in front of you that was the furthest
back.  Then at least you wouldn't get a black flag.

Brian Oste

My spotter informed my about .10 of a second before I entered pit road
to stay behind the 98 car.  Besides, there is supposed to be a
provision for a car that is extremely slow and off the pace.  I have
not gone back and looked at the replay, but pure and simple the game
screwed up for both me and Don.  For starters I was in 2nd place.  The
only car I had to stay behind was the leader... and why did only 2
cars get the BF, if the game was going to *** up why not black flag
everyone?  A BF, even when deserved pisses me off more than anything.
To get a bogus one...
