  I ran N2002 with AmigaMerlin's(or rather the N2002 demo) and Win98se.
About all I can suggest is set your desktop to 1024x740 x 16 color.  Have
you tried running the config and clicking the box that runs n2002 in a
window?  Good luck...

Try dropping your desktop to 16-bit.
