I would like to know if there is a patch or something for cart (formally
indycar 2) that provides voice recognition for the pc.
I know the mac has one but i have an ibm. help please.

There's only one way to do this, and that's to buy a "Verbal Commander"
by K2i, which is basically a TSR that maps pre-selected commands, and
then assigns your voice to activate.  It comes with the software, as
well as a headset/mic.  It's a real slick unit, and has a good price.
Also, you can use it for just about any other sim/game, stretching your
dollar further.  =)
