No, it must have been Microprose that bought Sierra. Uh oh, if that is the
case we wont be seeing N3 for another 4-5 years because of bad management,
poor planning, and lack of customer service........eeeek, did I say that out
loud?

Sierra has always done a fairly good job of getting the product to the
market in a reasonable amount of time. (excluding NROS) I have faith they
will do it again.

Whoops!!! I must just be the lucky one, cause I am allways hearing how
great thier support is, but ya know, the few times I ever had a
problem with something, and it was no where in the faq's, I'd write
them, wait, write, wait, and after about half a dozen tries with no
response beyond an occasional autoresponder I'd give up. And I don't
even buy anything gamewise from Msoft anymore, last time I did I
learned the hard way that if it has probs and they aren't in the faq
the only way to get suppport is by paying for it!!!! Like the price of
the game isn't woth some support <G>.

MS has pretty good support by way of their web site...I say this
with hope that someday they'll support *their* website, as it has
the most lamely-laid-out navigation of any site I've seen (2nd
only to AOL).

Do a search for a product update, and you'll need to traverse a
seemingly endless maze of links, whitepapers, etc.  Only then,
when you finally find what you need, that your browser crashes,
effectively placing you back at the start for another round.  =P

Cheers!

Oh boy....how apt that you should mention that!
I've just given up the ghost about five minutes ago for that very
reason! :o)
