No Need 4 Speed

Well I finally installed need for speed on my mom's computer;
What a waste of time. I am so unimpressed. No wonder they give it away for
free. I've got an open mind, so if someone has something good to say about
it...I'm listening. Please give me a reason to try again.
I'm still looking for indycar 2 or nascar1; any used ones for a poorboy?
Aloha. Henry

First off, what are you talking about: Giving it away for free? If
they gave it to you for free, and you don't like it, why the HELL are
you complaining? NFS is a great game, IMO, so I can't see what is so
horribly wrong with it that you don't like it. It matters on the
computer you're installing it on also.. If you're trying to run it on
a P75, you probably won't like it. If you've got a higher end machine
(P133+) you can run it in hires and it's much prettier, not to mention
easier to control. I think NFS has some of the best control of any
racing game I've played to date.
Out of curiosity, what kind of computer are you running it on, and
what input control are you using?

Hi, Joe or anybody else. Website URLs wwould be most helpful for
modifying.
Indy 1 is all I have so far. Am I correct in guessing that only certain
tracks are compatable with certain games? I guess a track's a track, but
how do you link it to the program besides copying the track folder into
the others in the "tracks" file. For instance: I don't guess you can't put
Martinsville into Indy 1. Or Monaco into NASCAR 1. Although I'm sure
people would love to race Indy cras at Talladega. I guess I'll learn
slowly, but if there's a FAQ site with dos and don'ts it will help me to
ask better informed questions.
I sure hope it stopped raining in Rockingham.

I don't have the URLs (I haven't used the game in a while) but you
should be able to find them with a web searched.

They are different for every program, and not compatible across
software.
