Removing a Track From GPL

What is the procedure for removing a track from GPL? I'm doing the
conversion from the ICRII tracks and if I do find a Rendition version in the
future, I'd want to replace the ICRII versions. Do I just remove the track
folder? Do I have to edit the .ini files? Or can I just overwrite the
conversion with the track converter?

TIA
