Voodoo3/NR1999 lockups

NR1999 locks up in a DOS window in 3dfx mode (such as when trying to race on
line). Works fine in pure DOS mode and from within Windows 98. The problem
seems to be video related. Standard 2D mode works fine in all modes. Any
thoughts or suggestions?

        Yeah: take out your video card and mail it to me. I'll mail
you my Voodoo 1 which works great with Nascar and I won't even charge
for the troubleshooting part...

        Hey, it sounded funny before I typed it out....
