Not according to the article. It has an Arcade mode for beginners and
Grand Prix mode for serious racers. In Grand Prix mode the handling of the
car, setup, race strategy, pit stops compares favoriably with Papyrus
games, saids the article. Also they mentioned the accuracy of each
circuits which are modeled from the offical surveyor's track maps and
data, and over 100 hours of video footage. Also all 26 cars were modeled
from team diagrams, photos and video footage. Even sound effects were
taken from a DAT recorder strapped to a driver. This is no ordinary PSX
game for sure. Even the external views are awsome. It's being developed by
a British company Bizarrre Creations and marketed by Psygnosis. It should
be out by late summer for early fall. Some info is available at
